It’s a two step stamp set, so makes for easy colouring techniques and quick and easy cards on the go too!  I flicked wink of Stella onto the finished coloured image and then using the Blendiobibs (Stampin Blends) I coloured the Rhinestones to co ordinate.  Super Simple pretty card don’t you think.
