You’re inspiring Mum, Mother’s Day Card, Stampin” Up!
Well let me start by saying Happy Mother’s Day to you all…
When I saw the Stamp Set You’re Inspiring, I loved it, I love Daffodils, but more so I loved one of the sentiments, Because of you, I am me, and thats just how I feel.
My Mum inspires me I so many ways, for all she has been through in Life, she just gets on with it, I love her dearly and because of her I am me!!
I wanted to make an eclipse card like forever, and I love the card I made as my first one, I firstly stamped the row of small Daffodils twice with Memento Black Ink as I wanted to used Stampin Blends, , then stamped the larger image the opposite end, I coloured the heads with with both shades of Daffodil Delight, and the added shading with the lightest Calypso Coral, then blended together with the lightest of the Daffodil Delight.
I coloured the stems and leaves with the lightest shade of Old Olive, and then Stamped the bubble effect image from the same stamp set over the flowers, I used the second generation technique ( ink then stamp onto a piece of tatt paper and then without reining straight onto the coloured images) for this as I didn’t want them to jump out I wanted them coming from the background. I coloured the rhinestones with the daffodil blends,
Inside I dressed the card to with the gorgeous sentiment.

This stamp set has 18 stamps in it, for £17 clear mount, or £24 wood mount, it has different sentiments you can use all year round. I shall be making more cards with this set so do pop by again to see what I come up with.
